Alps Creative Co. is an organization that combines creativity and advocacy to fight for equitable and inclusive environments. We aim to empower those in historically marginalized communities by making information accessible and easy to understand.

Alps Creative Co. believes that knowledge is power and we acknowledge that not everyone has the time or financial means to access potentially life-changing information and research. We aim to make our information and research accessible to all and are proud to offer financial assistance to those in historically marginalized communities and to those experiencing financial hardship.

Our organization was established in 2023 as a way for our founder, Amaya Perkins, to share an interactive journal for chronic illness warriors that they developed and presented at the Young Minds Matter: Transforming Our Communities Collectively conference in November of 2023. As Amaya's portfolio of resources continued to grow, they worked to develop a space where individuals could access information and connect with others with shared identities.

 

In February of 2024, Alps Creative Co. filed for LLC status and officially launched our website with our new member and group areas. We are constantly working to provide new advocacy resources and continue to add states to the section of our site that walks you through how to legally change your name in each state. We hope that access to this information will increase accessibility and streamline the process to aid those who seek to change their documented legal name to affirm their gender identity.

It is our hope that we can inspire individuals to start advocating for social justice in areas they are passionate about. We will continue to fight for a world that is equitable and accessible for all.
